PRENATAL VISITS
Support from Conception to Birthday
I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering Prenatal Visits, my goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby.
ALL STAGES LABOR SUPPORT
Pain Management and Emotional Support
With my Birthing Support, I offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and step in with anything you might need. Can begin in early labor and continue through vaginal birth or cesarean aka “Belly Birth”
POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
Do I need support after baby ?
Pregnancy, birth and the early days of child rearing can be very scary and stressful. My role with my Postpartum Support service is to ensure you get the best information and care possible. No matter when you need me, I will be there offering support.

What You Need to Know
DO YOU PERFORM ANY PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS?
As a Doula , I am not traditional a health care professional. I do not perform medical exams or procedures. I do not prescribe medications or offer medical advice.
HOW WILL HIRING YOU AFFECT MY PARTNER’S ROLE DURING THE BIRTH?
The role of the Doula is not to replace the partner. I offer emotional support to the partners through verbal coaching , teaching massage as well as other facets. I have tons of resources for the partner to learn about the changes of the birthing persons body as well as offering clarity of statements or procedures performed by healthcare persons.
WHAT ARE YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH MEDICAL STAFF LIKE?
I will very seldom interact with medical staff unless asked by the birthing person or partner. I will primarily focus on the comfort and coping of the birthing person. I will try my best to not interfere with any medical staff performance . I am most seen , sometimes heard but always supporting.
